Film locations in Għajn Tuffieħa
Għajn Tuffieħa is the protected bay and headland on Malta's north-west coast beside Golden Bay, where the Greeks land on the Trojan shore in Troy (2004).
Għajn Tuffieħa is one of Malta's most unspoilt beaches: a curve of reddish sand below clay slopes, reached by around 200 steps and watched over by a 1637 Knights' tower. It sits next to Golden Bay in the Mġarr and Manikata countryside, a stretch of coast that has played ancient Greece and Napoleon's island exile.
